Ever since my dad had me watch Papillon with him as a kid, I always wanted a butterfly on my chest like Steve McQueen. Finally did it in June of last year. I guess it’s more of a tribute of Henri Charriere, the guy Steve was playing. Either way awesome movie and great tattoo in my opinion

Finnish tattoo artist antti kuurne added a few pieces to my arms and legs. Love the shaman nature motives as i am a huge fan of scandinavian nature.

Got started on my Thomas Hooper sleeve. One small session in. We’re doing another one in November and then back to backs in January.

Yes, or an IH Tee with hooper design. I know he's into raw denim and good music, somehow most of the scenes I love seem connected after all. For example Uncle allan wears IH55-03 and Antti Kuurne was wearing his superblack vest, supplied by Vater & Sohn.

Shige is top notch. He's one of best tattooers ever I'd say. Though I wouldn't want to wear his stuff as I'm more into traditional tattoos.

Thank you guys! Yes it was a one and only chance and we did it in one session, around 7 hours. The difference to my other works is so noticeable- incredible. He is really awesome.
