Lamb, oven roasted with a parmesan, parsley and garlic crust.
This answers my question in What are you doing today. I made a Leg of lamb Friday night with a garlic sauce. Looks good.

I was so pleased with it I x-posted [emoji1] It’s a de-boned leg of lamb. Lamb is the traditional Easter Sunday meal up here, as I guess it is in the US too?
It is in certain areas, not all over the US. It's usually an acquired taste over here.

Cheers @Appfaff Thanks. I live in Austria, southern part, the province is called Steiermark (Styria). No more high peaks here in the south, undulating scenery, lots of wine cultivated. We have a three hours drive to Italys or the Croatian mediterranean coast so you already can see the influence regarding cooking, eating, drinking wine etc. of the South

Currently working in Baltimore. I haven't been here in many many years, and thoroughly enjoy it. Staying in the Inner Harbor area, eating at many great restaurants. Tonight I went to Dalesio's. Great place.

I'm a big fan of Baltimore as well. I haven't been to Dalesio's,but will give it a try
If you want a beer walk to Max's. Huge draft selection, with lots of great stuff.
Diamondback brewing is a short Uber away. Cool spot worth a visit.
Woodberry Kitchen is one of my favorite restaurants in Baltimore and it's a short walk from Union Craft Brewing.
