Is that a Finex? If so, you likey?
We love it. Bought it from a major sale at our local hardware joint. The machining in the bottom of the skillet is awesome. It’s heat retention is awesome. It’s a pricy piece, but I really love the attention to details. We use it all the time. In fact, our set of copper core all-clad is getting dusty.

The thing that throws me off with Finex is the shape. I find round pans much more convenient. (I also found that the handle is a bit too fat for my small-ish hands). We just got a Field pan. It's amazing the difference with the cheapo Lodge cast iron (which I still use and like of course.)
