Well, I do. I suppose it's down to individual taste. My friend who took me to a real home style OG chicken n waffles spot in Oakland told me to dump both hot sauce and syrup all over it, and I've been hooked on that ever since.

speaking of combinations…. my favorite is a Ghost Pepper dark chocholate ganash i make to top english shortbread cookies and (Blue Bell) vanilla bean ice cream.
