IH-816DD - Double Indigo Rope Dyed Canvas Work Pants
-
I asked this for DWCxUHR and I am asking it for the IH-816DD.
I found the 11.8 inches room for thigh of the IH-6634 (tag size 30) narrower than I wanted. It is 11.3 for the IH-816DD. Does this mean this one won't fit my legs or will I have to wear it to be sure?
Also, will every pair of IH pants with thighs smaller than 11.8 be too tight for me?
Please advise. ThanksSent from my XT1068 using Tapatalk

I think that drastic of a reduction would be difficult to pull off and still maintain the integrity of the pants. I have some 634sb that another forum member had tailored from a 38 to 34 inch waist, and they bunch a little bit in strange places.

I'm new here, but I think measuring your current best fitting pants per the IHUK guide will answer all of your questions.
But, ultimately common sense dictates that 11.8>11.3, so if the IH-6634 didn't fit, these surely won't with less fabric stretch…..

Got mine today. Sometimes the anticipation leads up to a let down. Not in this case. These are my new favourite slacks![emoji3] and well worth the wait

Couldn't agree more @deanclean. Congrats on your receiving your pair…! Mine are just back from hemming. These will seriously compete with my jeans as my daily beaters.
(What a fabric!)

Super crappy quick fit pics from cloudy yesterday:
Quickly put to good use - first wear to work today [emoji4]
Makes a great pairing with the TW112 IMO (or any indigo western for that matter, especially if you're not too keen on the classic Canadian tux look)Close-up comparo with the 112 (again under pale evening light). The DD indigo is very deep and rich:
Better pics hopefully soon!

These look like they fit great I'm loving mine too. Haven't hemmed them yet cause it looks like they may scrunch up a little in the legs. I love the blue stitching on the blue material. Not flashy at all.

^+1
The DDs make a wicked combo especially with a white T
Simple & elegant - you could wear this every single day if you want and it wouldn't get old….. -
I do!
