not really sure why the mods or anybody else that is given the "power" of locking threads, always have to do it, when things/themes get a bit more interesting and more serious than the regular 0815 talk and ass kissing which can be found in 95% of the existing threads!?
why can't you guys just chill and let the discussion goes its way without being pissed off as soon as one person writes something more serious/lesser ass kissing?
isn't a forum a place to talk about it all?
I thought this was a place where everybody was grown up enough to not only talk about the cool and great things in life? if it gets serious, we still wanna know…talking about shutting down the AL thread...
and no this isn't me being disrespectful against Giles, Paula, Alex, Haraki or any other person directly involved into IH and its family...you know I love you all!

the reason why we might lock threads temporary is that sadly the so called "grown up enough people" sometimes are absolutly unable to communicate in a calm down objective way. A proofen sheme and obviously one of the ground issues of mankind.
And to take care of something that might now coming up, this have nothing to do with censorship, or cutting disccusion on "unpopular topics". It is done to protect this place and our community.

Considering there's still outstanding legal pieces to this @Finn666, I wouldn't want anything said in the forum to further even attempt to pull IH into this. Some @ TFL appear to be trying to pull IH into this, for whatever personal agenda they are running. There's enough to worry about prior to getting pulled into it further. I think the best thing that could happen is let a bit of water settle under the bridge and let the conversation continue over @ TFL. It's just not worth it for anyone @ IH, or the mods to have to watch a thread closely knowing it maybe used in a future legal case.

Spot on @Snowy , stating the facts of a legal proceeding is one thing, but injected opinion from people not directly related to the case only serves their agenda and adds fuel to the fire. This is peoples lives and businesses being discussed here, not clothing, beer or movies.
This forum serves as a community space for interaction based around a brand, it provides a space to have fun, learn and discuss a great range of subjects with like minded people, but above all it is a community space provided by Iron Heart. For people to cast potentially damaging opinions when the facts have already been stated is simply out of order.
If anyone wants to rubberneck and idle chat about something as distressing as a court case where peoples business, reputations and freedom are on the line then they should go to the other forum to do it.

How is it possible that someone who isn't involved in anything can accuse other people and is trying to damage their reputation on this FDL-site? No one's anonymous on the internet anymore so it can backfire on this individual very easily because there are laws who protect people from such mischievous behavior…
