I was going to save it for tonight to watch my Kentucky Wildcats but we got upset…so drinking it to forget about the loss.

In my experience super-hoppy beers don't age well. The aromatics of PNW hops to me diminish over time.

It's an imperial IPA, but I still would not age or cellar that…

PS: Int'l Beer Day was yesterday. I'm an eejit. The KBS still is way good though.

Speaking of delicious IPAs, as I discovered last night, Ska Brewing's Modus Hoperandi is at an elite level. A really tasty hop bomb for certain.

Splendid. This one is reminiscent of a wine with berry and dark fruit notes. It is also wild, funky, and tart, with more than a hint of the barrel.
