I've been wearing this thing almost daily since I got it, I'm very pleased.
It's my first denim jacket and I'm definitely happy with my decision.

Hey guys, just a small cautionary tale about this fabric: be careful when washing.
Washed this for the first time over the weekend with some other indigo garments and found a small tear forming on the back near the right arm hole.
Very well could just be my shitty washing machine, but I washed it on delicate so I didn’t expect any issues.
So just be careful!

Other than that the shirt is coming along nicely.
Added the measuring tape for color balance.

Best I can manage at work with an iPhone camera.
First photo is the outside, second is the inside.

Hmm so maybe I would be an XL since I take XXL in IH.

Thanks Brock, think I’ll go with a XXL if I get one.
Now to decide between black or tan.

Anyone with the Townes waxed canvas shirt care to comment how they fit compared to IH?

…but news came down the wire that there was some issues with making buttonholes, on the IHSH-75 (I think), and that production of denim workshirts was stopped. I think that goes for the JC workshirt too.

Haven’t been around as much as usual, so someone correct me if my memory is failing me.
I could’ve sworn there was talk of a new black denim to be used for a workshirt, a la a restock in the same vein as the Johnny Works Too.

Think I’ve come around on Ship John stuff, might pick up a Willis jacket whenever they’re available again.
