So good. Tight carbonation, thin mouth feel, lovely sour fruity astringency with an acetic finish.

Also good; DIPA with Colorado Palisades Peaches.

SO SOUR!!!

@Giles Glad it made it safe. Will be aged for a year in July. May be worth waiting until then!

In my experience super-hoppy beers don't age well. The aromatics of PNW hops to me diminish over time.

Speaking of delicious IPAs, as I discovered last night, Ska Brewing's Modus Hoperandi is at an elite level. A really tasty hop bomb for certain.

Took delivery of some new beers… This is going to be the first (imperial) IPA of the year for me...
