Yeah the Dark White, albeit a mere 4.5%, has some serious kick to it (if you have a good bottle)…

In my experience super-hoppy beers don't age well. The aromatics of PNW hops to me diminish over time.

It's an imperial IPA, but I still would not age or cellar that…

PS: Int'l Beer Day was yesterday. I'm an eejit. The KBS still is way good though.

Speaking of delicious IPAs, as I discovered last night, Ska Brewing's Modus Hoperandi is at an elite level. A really tasty hop bomb for certain.

Splendid. This one is reminiscent of a wine with berry and dark fruit notes. It is also wild, funky, and tart, with more than a hint of the barrel.

Long live unknown stores that don't limit anything... They even didn't charge me for the glasswear I picked up... Sure I spent 166 € at that store but still... Cool beans!..
