Perceived value (as is beauty) is in the eye of the holder.  I have said it before, I would happily pay USD1,000 for the right fishing rod, but I would not part with 10 cents for a golf bat.  And as for these, I suspect some people think they are both fantastic and good value, me on the other hand…..
