I am now at 74.8 kgs. Shed about 8-9 kgs. This is my intake (already ate the banana) for the afternoon:
Sourdesem rye bread with soft cheese and rocket salad w/ pieces of beetroot.
La Rulles Estivale 5.2% blond beer: http://www.ratebeer.com/beer/la-rulles-estivale/48719/

Losing weight on a beer heavy diet. What's your secret piggy?
Eating at a local chef driven restaurant that defines "neighborhood gem." This is a trout hash with a couple of poached eggs and celery root and it is phenomenal. $12 is more than fair for this large, fantastically executed meal.

Kale, peach, apple, soy smoothie.

Was actually REALLY good. Even my 4 year old liked it after she got over the color.

First kilograms: working (not working out), eating a bit healthier, didn't skip any beer though…
Next: swapped heavy beers before a workday to light (minus 6%) beers...
Now: extremely healthy eating, trying to drink as little as possible... It's still a handful of glasses of wine a day though... But the scale keeps going down so huzzah...Tbh I've always eaten healthily... Mostly (strictly) vegetarian... No junk food, no fastfood, no fried stuff, no sweet stuff, no soda pops, no desserts,... I'm now down to eating dinkel biscuits without sugar, low fat soft cheese, sourdesem rye bread, lotsa veggies and fruit, tea, water... And trying to drink - IF I have beer during the week - only geuzes or other lambic beers... They are about the same in kcs as one can of coke... Could be worse...

Nothing fried or sweet? There goes my theory that you're Belgian…

And congrats!

Looks amazing Finn. I'm a big avocado fan so that'd be right up my ally.
