^that dinner is a main staple of mine. my wife adds bacon to my brussel sprouts. They are even better with bacon.

paleo pancakes with eggs and bacon (butter is from gras fed cows, kerry gold)

deer with carrots, onions and courgette

deer and duck with carrots and cabbage

eggs with courgette, avocado and bacon

berries with banana, almonds, 85% choc, coconut flakes and coconut milk

ground meat with tomatoe sauce, chopped carrots and courgette

mushrooms with eggs, bacon and avocado cream (avocado, salt, pepper, bacon grease)

blue berries with banana, 85% choc, coconut flakes and coconut milk

grilled carrots, peppers and onions with pork filet and bbq sauce

chopped mushrooms with onions, carrots and peppers, avocado and eggs

coconut milk with bananas, almonds, 85% choc, blue berries and coconut flakes

sweet potato (with kerry gold), ground meat, avocado and mushrooms

sweet potato mixed with eggs, mushrooms and avocado

ground meat, avocado and sweet potatoes

courgette with eggs, mushrooms and avocado

bacon, eggs and avocado

omelette with bacon. salat made out of tomatoes, cucumber, green salat, peppers, carrots and corn
