Know anything about the Gueuze Fond Tradition? I'm curious….

It's like the Mort Subite Natural (Oude Gueuze)… They get high ratings, both the St Louis Fond and the MS, but they wouldn't hold up in a blind taste against some REAL geuzes...

In short: get the regular ones... 3 Fonteinen, Girardin Fond (Black Label), Hanssens, Cantillon, Oud Beersel, Boon, Tilquin,...

In the US, we leave out cookies and milk, not mince pies and beer, so perhaps that explains my lack of familiarity.

And I know what a carrot is, you wanker.

I enjoyed the exact same thing. It was good but it was almost indistinguishable from Tremens…at least what I REMEMBER it tastes like. Lots of fruit and spice flavor and not a lot of burn for being 10%.
