avocado, courgette, carrots, tomatoes

added some meat

tomatoe sauce and "special ingredient" ground almonds added

mash everything together and enjoy!

Agreed. This is lean, thick, organic, nitrate free bacon too, tried to do it right. Also used grass fed unsalted butter. This may have been my best effort on this dish.

There are very few vegetables that I find utterly inedible, regardless of preparation.  Brussels sprouts are one, despite their current trendiness on the American food scene.  Okra and collard greens also on the list.  Ick.
