              Nice Giles.. my family has been making crab apple jelly for decades.

              I did a little take on a Bánh mì… Viet beef loin with crispy tofu, sesame herb salad and taro onion jam.

              I'm no chef, never went to school for culinary arts, never worked in a restaurant. I just really enjoy fine dining, and I think I have a pretty good knack for nontraditional flavor combinations. I spent a great deal of money at Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas this summer, and got a ton of inspiration from him.

                  Yea, wow, Zentner - your food looks amazing!  Giles does 90%+ of the cooking in our house and makes fab meals, but we don't often focus on presentation - usually by the time it's ready we just grab it and eat!

                  Do you entertain much?  You definitely have a talent  🙂

                    can't hold up with the presentation but made some salmon and mashed sweet potatoes…

                    …and after the 86 knocked on the door, we made some pumpkin pie soup:

                    fecking love me some badass soup when the rather is shitty outside 😘
