Had a English friend in town this past weekend. He made breakfast one morning. Beans were great.

top to bottom:

• egg
  -  paleo pancakes
  (2eggs, 2mashed bananas, ground almonds a bit of stevia and vanilla extract)
• avocado dipp
  (1tbsp. olive oil extra virgine, a bit of salt, 1 avocado)

then it's about to stack as high as you like…
for me this was maximum though, one higher and my mouth corners would have ripped
