top to bottom:
- egg
- paleo pancakes
(2eggs, 2mashed bananas, ground almonds a bit of stevia and vanilla extract) - avocado dipp
(1tbsp. olive oil extra virgine, a bit of salt, 1 avocado)
then it's about to stack as high as you like…
for me this was maximum though, one higher and my mouth corners would have ripped - egg

Nuttin' fancy. Some grilled veggies from my CSA (radicchio, bell pepper, zucchini), Asian style tiger prawns, grilled ribeye.

Breakfast; a frittata. Everything but the sausage, cheese, and potatoes from my CSA. Eggs, varied peppers, tomatoes, etc.
Tasty if I do say so myself. Which I just did!
