Glad to hear it bags. Its nerve wracking and i dont wish it on anyone. Coincidentally I've been in Boston children's hospital for the past couple days because my daughter had spinal surgery to release a tethered spinal cord. Don't worry, all is good and she's recovering just fine. I wasn't posting this to get sympathy or to steal your thunder, only to say "I feel your pain brother." Best wishes to you and yours sir!

Thanks brother. She's good, it was pretty stressful to sit through but everything went great and we are just hanging out in a hospital room waiting to be discharged tomorrow. All the best to your little guy and heres to him not having to go under the knife!

Sorry I took so long to answer Rafa…. I was only in switzerland for a few days. I wish I could've met up but my family are pretty much the dictators on this trip
and we're in France now. Very beautiful as well! Anyway if I'm back in switzerland some time in the future (can't imagine why i wouldn't be) i'll definitely hit you up -
Indeed I do! And not a world tour per se, but my family and I are in europe to celebrate a good friend of ours' (who is traveling with us) 70th birthday in a few days. We were in switzerland, now in France making our way up to Brittany where they live. I've also heard rumblings of hitting up the UK which would be fun, maybe I could knock on G's door eh ?

Weighed myself this morning and have officially lost 100 lbs. Thank You to MikeC for the pep talk, Z and Doug for training motivation and Seawolf for getting me into Paleo/Whole30. You guys helped me get my life back. I am indebted to you all. Thank you to all the other forum members who gave me the pat on the back during the journey (way to many to list). Thanks again!!!
