thanks a lot buddy! just read a bit about tabata…it's exactly what I do on the days between going to the gym (glad to give it a name now ^^ )...so nothing new to me and def. gonna keep at it as well then! thx...

No need for all that, let's keep it nice. I will say that I expect a host of maladies by then ;). Taxes on a rough and tumble life. Hoping my health kick of the last half decade undoes some of the damage.
