Visited this steam powered mill last week. Amazing place still running running over 300 original Victorian narrow shuttle looms by steam power! These are the sort of looms denim was made on in the 1800's. Well worth a visit if you're ever in Northern England.

Jeff - how long do you wait with doing sports after getting a tattoo? or is hiking not that big of a problem?
just asking cuz I'm getting another one done on tuesday but really don't want to step back with working out (well gym is not a question, but talking bout other things such as hiking!)...

thanks a lot buddy! just read a bit about tabata…it's exactly what I do on the days between going to the gym (glad to give it a name now ^^ )...so nothing new to me and def. gonna keep at it as well then! thx...
