Anyone like barbecue?  Kind of a religion where I grew up.

Pork spareribs cooked low and slow over applewood and cherry with my homemade rub and sauce.  Homemade baked beans and coleslaw.  Grilled corn.

I can't believe that was the first time you tried an avocado, Rafa.

Try rotisserie chicken, avocado, Campari tomatoes, balsamic, and extra virgin olive oil. Cut into bite size chunks add fresh cracked pepper and cayenne. Mix together and eat cold you can also add cucumber it is a refreshing tasty treat. Also works real well with shrimp or langoustines.

damn, so simple but oh so good…refreshing as you said and the avocado is really growing on me ^^
as long as there are enough other goods on the plate, i´m cool with eating avocado

We use avocados in a different way
crush them + put milk & sugar , put in the refrigerator till cold and ea
