Unfortunately as quick as these arrived they're going back… too small! I have that gut feeling it won't happen with stretch. Back to the drawing board for this pair. Tempted by the busters but worried the fit won't be as slim as my liking!

For what it's worth mine did not fit when they arrived.  I made them fit because I am a man and they are, after all, just pants.  They fought valiantly, but in the end I prevailed.  You should hang in there.

After i wore it for 1 day, my hips hurts like mad and i can't even cross my leg while wearing shoes.
The crotch area is abit tight too.
Should i just sell it off or cont to let it stretch?

Wear them, they will stretch as you need.

Hey guys- I need some sizing advice on these. It seems the rule of thumb has been to size up one from other IH fits. I take a 31 in other fits (301s, 555-03), and therefore would theoretically take a 32 in the 666od. But the waist measurement is 30.5!! I would need that to stretch toa 33. Is that unrealistic and I should just get the 33 (essentially two sizes up). People in this thread seem to get 1.5 inches of stretch from these.

I'm not really sure what to do. HALP!

SSOL, it's the thigh! If you can't get it up your leg the waist will not matter. The thing is IMO  the 555's top block has a bit more room than a triple 6. I do  a 30 in the 555 and if I did this jean I'd take a 33… That's me... Hope that helps.
