It isn't pretty but it is delicious
Organic brown eggs
Nitrate free bacon
Onions
Yellow, Red & Orange Peppers
Spinach
Jalapeño
Avocado
Sweet Potato -
Damn that looks tasty!
Just a heads up with the nitrate free bacon, it's frequently higher in nitrates than regular bacon. This is because to get the nitrate free label the "chemical" source of nitrates (pink salt) which is used to cure the meat is replaced with celery juice, which is still high in nitrates but is naturally occurring so it doesn't need to counted as a nitrate on the label.

Shit like this is what makes me furious about the good industry. It's all smoke and mirrors

The other thing to consider about bacon and other cured foods, is that nitrates and nitrites aren't necessarily bad for you (keeping in mind that processed foods still have other bad things in them). There's no need to cut them out altogether, although I'm not sure about the paleo diet, just moderate them.
A decent article on the whole nitrates thing can be found here http://www.coopfoodstore.coop/content/good-or-bad-nitrates-and-nitrites-food
