Ham, Italian sausages and champion mushrooms in creamy tomato sauce. Some freshly fried Champions marinated in garlic oil.

pour the pasta sauce into the pan

add cream

Let simmer while spaghetti is cooking.

Tonight's quick dinner. Roasted salmon, fresh green asparagus and lemon mayonnaise with zest.

Cool; last night for dinner I made grilled salmon with streamed fresh asparagus lightly coated in olive oil, fresh cracked pepper and a touch of garlic.  Quick, easy and really good.  I could eat salmon and asparagus 4-5 nights a week…

Had some homemade pizza last week. Sucuk (Turkish garlic sausage) with champignon. Enjoyed it with a bottle of Corsendonk.

they are called "Kroketten" here in germany…and yeah, those actually are made out of potatoes!
