Finally pulled the trigger on a second hand Comandante C40, after much longing. It appears to be worthy of the hype.
Don’t always have the time for this, but trying to allow myself a coffee a day with it - a nice little excuse to carve out a moment to slow down a bit. The manual grinding process is actually very pleasant/soothing, which I wasn’t anticipating!Sunday morning hand ground ‘honey blend’. 14 clicks on the grinder.
