@AdamJ that's understandable, I'd never ask for minor sleeve/cuff length alterations as that's obviously a specialist job for a tailor. Just thought LS to SS conversion might have been possible as (in my mind at least) it seems like the same process as hemming a pair of trousers, and I doubt it'd be a common request. You can blame @Kasi for inspiring me with his recent SS denim shirt conversion

Hang or fold? Waffle, Kersey & dobby IH shirt storage I feel like this is a question that is either very obvious or has already been answered a million times, but my Google and forum search skills have failed me. How should I store my Iron Heart shirts? Specifically, I'm wondering about the best way to stash these fabrics without stretching or creasing them: Waffle
 Kersey cloth
5 oz & 12 oz dobby clothShould I hang 'em or fold 'em? I'd really appreciate any advice from those who have experience with these specific fabrics. Thanks in advance for
 your help!Cheers

@Mizmazzle said in Hang or fold? Waffle, Kersey & dobby IH shirt storage: I hang all my shirts. Fold my tee shirts. Hanging has traditionally been my approach, but I also haven't spent much time contemplating shirt storage until I discovered IH. Now all I think about is shirts. I have no concerns about what to do with my non-denim/serge/chambray shirts, but the Kerseys, waffles and dobbys of the world are new to me.

Current XHS ( 666,634, etc ) & IH Beatle Buster 25oz ( i believe it was competition denim around 2013-2015ish ) are those the same or different fabric?
-
i have 666 xhs ( my first IH ) and i soak it, and i think it fits better, if i were to buy say 21oz IH ( 634s, 888s, etc ), do i have to soak it first too? or can i just wear it on the get go?

@MQR said in Random questions to which you seek an answer: IH Beatle Buster Was Beatle a former crew member/mod? I see the name a lot flicking through old threads, I assume these jeans were named after himher?
-
@T4920 Yes, Beatle was one of the originals here on the forum and a few still remain to this day. As @Giles mentioned one time that the forum used to be a small group of people, like minded, who shared a love of denim. There are many pictures of the group together and some of the shenanigans that they used to get into. If I can find the thread, there are pictures of many of them together in Japan on one of those trips.

For those pictures of the group see here: https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum//post/114965
