@northsouthdenimguy My actual chest measurement is 50. Although i have shirts with 25 p2p I cannot button the 1st 2 maybe 3 bottons. Realistically I need 26 to 26.5 inches p2p. And obviously all the sleeves are long but i deal with it. My best fitting piece is a 22oz type iii jacket I bought 6 years ago. Its the only type 3 I can button up and even wear a thermal under it. Layering with anything heavier that a tank top its a no go in all my UHF shirts. I am 5'11 and a half inches and 245 pounds. I can wear 36 but mostly 38 in 634. I need 14.2 inch thigh or they are too tight. Other cuts I can wear 38 in 888. The rest of the cuts have to be tag 40 or bigger to fit the legs but the top block gets sloppy. Nevertheless I enjoy them all regardless. And lately alot of the 4xl's get into the 26 inch p2p range so there is hope!

Yeah, that’s tough. I was struggling with that before at 230 I’m down to 220. Much easier into stuff at 48.5” versus when I was a 50” actual chest. Pants or jeans are usually not much of a problem with my 26” bird legs

@northsouthdenimguy I need to trim also but not till the end of the year. I will get down to 225. I decided to compete in a couple of seniors powerlifring meets and I am much stronger at 245. Specially on the squat and bench. Deadlift for some reason is not as weight depended for me
