I got a new Henley for my birthday today. It’s a little warm for it in the UK right now, but I couldn’t resist a test drive. I absolutely love this colour, it looks so nice with my 21oz 634’s.

@dwils Cool shots man. I’ve only had my Kersey a few months, but I can already see that there will be a couple of elbow repairs in my future
. I’m looking forward to it. -

@Chibs what’s the HAF score for this one?

Wearing my Henley, cruising past Henley on Thames. It would be rude not to right?

Great video @Chibs. I really like the vibe of the videos and also dig the WAF section. This time I will admit that I agreed with your Good Lady. But I dig your commitment to the camo. Thanks for making the vids man. They’re a really fun watch.

It is really hard to explain the feel of the Kersey. It’s warm, but very breathable. It’s dense but never feels restrictive. It has weight but I don’t think it feels as thick as UHF. It’s a beautiful shirt to wear. I ended up sizing down as I do like a more tailored fit. Regular size fitted well, but the size down looked almost individually tailored, so I went with that. I’ve worn it with a Thermal Waffle underneath and it’s lovely and warm. Wearing it today, open with a t shirt it’s comfortable in much warmer weather. I don’t know what witchcraft is going involved in creating this fabric, but I love it.

@Go-For-Chill Me too mate, but so far I’m stumped.
The fabric shaver did an amazing job! All the pilling is gone, so I’m happy about that.
But I honestly do not know what caused it. I move around a lot and always fold my clothes to fit them in a bag. I see that angle of the sleeves after almost every wear and it was the first time I’d seen the pilling. I have often worn a Carhartt jacket with the shirt. But the jacket sleeves are lined and don’t seem to have anything inside that I could see. -

@Oaktavia hat’s off to you Sir. I can’t bring myself to wear my indigo 634’s that hard.

@don_pipone Haha. Probably too many abrasive Pub tables
. Thanks for the tip man. I’m going to buy one of them now. -
RE: IHSH-208-IND - Indigo Kersey Western Shirtposted in Shirting
@pechelman I’m stumped as to the reason man. I like fades and general signs of wear, but I really dislike pilling and this is pretty pronounced.

Thanks for the replies @pechelman and @don_pipone.
I don’t have a desk job, but can see why you’d think so. Elbow wear is just from wearing and leaning on tables I guess.
I don’t wear the shirt for work at all. So it only gets worn casually. I’m all for fading and stuff, just not a huge fan of pilling. So I’m hoping somebody has some knowledge on the best way of removing it. -

Does anybody have an experience with the Kersey pilling?
I’ve just noticed one of the sleeves on mine has pilled quite a lot. It’s been worn a fair amount in the couple of months I’ve owned it. I haven’t washed it yet and am wondering if that’s the reason. -

@Pinkpan looks like it’s coming along nicely man! That’s how I plan on washing mine too when the time comes.

After finishing I felt like it was missing something. So went back in and added some flags. He’s a British guy so the Union Flag seemed like a no brainer. He’s also raced the Isle of Mann TT, so that was going to work too.

It would’ve been easier if I’d decided to put the flags in there at the start, but what ya gonna do. -

I’m not supposed to post this anywhere yet, but I know this forum is safe to do so. My main hobby is airbrush and custom paint.
I met a guy who races Bikes and he asked if I would paint a new Helmet he had for racing. It started life as a standard Black Shoei lid. The only brief I had was some colours he liked, so I used them for the design. I know there’s a bunch of Bikers here so thought I’d share some photos.

Just picked up this shirt yesterday. I was right between sizes, but luckily had decided to go to Gosport, so was able to try on both S and XS. I went with the XS as it still just about fit over my Henley but didn’t look too big with a regular T Shirt. The fabric is just incredible and I’m really looking forward to seeing how it ages. Many thanks to @Freeman for the help and patience.
