@denami I can measure the large if you want. Just tell me what measurements you are looking for

I find Self Edge to be an outlier on measurements. All I know is I have a size large from the original run and I bought a second from this run and they fit exactly the same. Could be I got lucky on that, I'm not sure.

@denami Same size as far as I can tell. I have one from each release.

@dirtyframer ah gotcha. I saw the chart on the product page and assumed it was up to date.

Any thoughts on sizing? I/m smack dab in the middle of M and L. I went M in the IHSH-437-IND (13.5oz Dobby Cloth CPO), M in the Duck Untucked, but large in the IHSH-410-BL (14oz Herringbone CPO) and the IHSH-293-OD. I'm thinking large, but I don't want to make a mistake and miss out.

Just want to say I really appreciate this resource and I did not intend to kick off a huge buy/sell forum debate. Was just suggesting posts could be left up a bit longer after a sale.

That being said, I’ve bought and sold a decent amount on here and only had one issue and was able to resolve it with the seller no problem.

So if you all want to go with status quo, that’s a much better alternative than causing everyone a bunch of strife over a minor issue.

Would it be possible not to immediately delete for sale posts when an item is marked sold? It would be useful if the posts stayed up for a couple weeks until the deal is complete. Otherwise there is no way to refer back to photos/measurements/condition of items in case of dispute. Maybe give it a couple weeks? @ShopatIronHeart

@don_pipone & @CosmoSix5 this must be a unique fabric because it’s already more narrow in the waist and opening and more tapered from the chest measurement than any other iron heart shirt I’m aware of. For example, most size L with a 22.3 chest would be + or - 21.5 waist and 21.5 opening and this one is 20.8 waist and 21 opening. Sizing down to M puts you at 20.4 waist and 20.6 opening. I’m nervous about going that slim, but I may have to defer to you guys since you already have the shirt.

@paulmtg @northsouthdenimguy thanks guys. I went with my normal size and I’m not sure about the fit. It’s a pretty stiff fabric so maybe it needs to get worked in a bit to fully judge it. I was contemplating sizing down but sounds like you guys did the opposite.

Not ironed and no time to take measurements but to me it looks like it “tightened up” from the shop pic. Slight shrinkage?

Edit: I also know there’s been a comment about it being boxy, but this is one of the least boxy shirts I own. On my personal box-to-boxy scale, it barely even registers as a box.

Did you go with your normal IH shirt size?
