Missed it again…was in West Virginia visiting family. Couldn't get away...nice time though.

I missed you guys yet again. My wife and I were working on an offer for a hobby farm that got declined. Apparently $40k over asking isn't enough these days.

Either way, we were feverishly cleaning/preparing to sell the house fast if it got accepted, so there is some positive to it.

That was my original plan but @Giles made some points about the nature of these get togethers during Saturday’s session, that support a some summer «meet-ups». We’ll have a chat and work something out.

The return of the IHF happy hour!

Saturday 7th og August will mark a new season of  digital meet ups, once a month until xmas. Think of it as a support group to survive the economic assault of the fall/winter season. I will be your host from 7pm (BST) until whenever we finish. The link will be posted here nearer the date.
