Today i’ve handed my resignation.. after almost 6 years working for Nespresso my time has come to start something new.. as of the 2nd of april i’ll become store manager of a spectacles shop near me. I must say it’s always a bit scared to leave old boats behind but i’m super excited for my new challenge

Speaking of dark arts…I recently slid a shirt into the rotation that was acquired using said arts. It was quite the rush.

I think this also means I’ve reached peak IH when new items just seem like old items to the untrained eye. It’s beautiful.

I snagged a 64 the other day and when I showed a pic of it to the wife she said, oh, it looks like every other IH shirt. Think she’s finally over saturated and won’t notice If say, a new Sashinko materializes from the ether!

One of my favourite stories and one I repeat a lot.

At the first-ever Iron Heart party, which was at our house because we still ran the business from the basement (just realised I have 2 favourite stories from the party).....

1. Customer discussing bikes with Haraki:
   Customer - How do you get away with having so many Harley's?
   Haraki- I paint them all the same colour

2. I take a supplier down to the basement to measure someone up for a jacket, he has a spliff on the go. As we start down the steps to the basement Haraki is standing at the top of them and the supplier gives H the spliff, H takes an exploratory drag. A couple of hours later I say to Ayumi (our translator at the time ), "I didn't realise Haraki smoked", Her response, "Oh he doesn't, he was just too polite not to take it"

@Mizmazzle pretty sure when my lady told me all my boots look alike, externally I said “no way — these are all so different!” while internally I might’ve thought “oh sweet this means I can buy more and sneak em in.”
