Awesome news, @Matty123! It’s probably a good thing I’ve never worked in a noodle shop. I gained like 20 lbs when I worked in a fancy Mexican place…ate carnitas like every day for two years [emoji23] ….but noodles are dangerouslt delicious, sooo good luck.
