I smoked for about four/five years and quit a little over a year ago.

I'm convinced I'm gonna get my cancer some other way besides smoking. I worked next to this not encapsulated asbestos all day today. I kept spraying it with water…

I smoked for 40 years.  The other day I had a full medical and was told I had the lungs of a 37 year old…..BOOM.  Paula reckons it was the worst news I could have had, because now she thinks I think I am invincible.......

I quit a few years back. Totally cold turkey. Buy some mints and gum, go constant on them for a week or two.
The first week is hard, the second slightly less so… Then its much easier

I've begun restoring two old sewing machines that I've had for a while out in the garage.  Yesterday, I looked up their serial numbers online to get information for parts. One was manufactured in 1904, the other in 1892.  Both still work just fine.  I love well made things.
