Next week I'm doing the hours I skipped today, but I'm glad to do so cause I'll be working with my kickass collegue who's back from Turkey after a 4 week holiday... I missed her tremendously!..

Having a beer to celebrate a new job…

After a few month's of running around trying to get myself into the Michigan beer industry I've landed a position, and with one of my favorite breweries no less.  I'm starting to my journey into beer in earnest at Short's Brewing Company in two weeks and I couldn't be happier.

The beer is the Spruce Pilsner by Short's (of course). It's brewed using a bunch of blue spruce tips picked in Northern Michigan and is pretty darn tasty if I do say so myself…
