Very hard to say to that degree og accuracy. You’re talking about decimal points of an inch and there are so many variables. The general advice is that you can get them to lose half a size with a hot wash.

If you are between sizes, there is sometimes some size variance on the same size so you can do what I do which is ask for the smallest chest of a given size.

You can ask the crew if there is an XL that came out a bit smaller.  The shrink game never works for me.

I live just south of where they just found a nest of these little bastards in the US.
