      @T4920 I don't think that @Giles actually answered your question (though that is definitely the policy on influencers/celebrities wanting discounts).

      As it stands we do not prioritise sales to long standing customers. Equally, we do really want to grow our overall customer base, and the best way to do this is to sell to new customers.

      Celebrities have been wearing Iron Heart for years, it has been featured in multiple movies/TV shows to date and as yet we have not seen a spike in resellers, so I don't think its a valid concern at this stage, but is an interesting thought for down the line (perhaps)

                  Following up to that influencer/purchaser - I noticed that one forum member was able to “pre-order” an upcoming arrival at their local IH retailer.

                  Seems a bit stinky to me that some retailers can do that while IH themselves does not allow for that?

                  Guess there is no way to enforce no pre sales?

                      @iammortalcombat I don't think it is fair of us to stipulate how our retailers want to work with their customer base. We have our position, they all have their own too.

                        @Alex understood and that’s completely logical.
                        I actually enjoy the thrill of “will I get it” a tad here and there. I am also lucky that I’m in the larger sizing in the shirts so I think I have less competition but I am envious when things come out that don’t make it to the 3-4x sizing

                          @iammortalcombat Pretty much everything is made up to 4XL now with the exception of our cut and sewn which is size limited at the factory.

                            @iammortalcombat If you enjoy the “will I get it” now, you should have been here 5-7 years ago. It used to be quite the show with people fighting for sizes and the website crashing mid purchase or just as they launched a new item.

                                I feel like I remember that. I started shopping for IH around 2017 but was scared to try sizing online and I think I checked the site daily for my first UHF….and never landed one until years later

                                  Purchasing has almost become too easy…and it’s a good thing that everyone has a chance now. Although, I do miss it sometimes 🙂

                                    @iammortalcombat Hey, that was me! And it's nothing to get stinky about, it's not a 'pre-order' per se by any means.

                                    To clear this up a little - I stumbled over one of Giles' hints at the new collection very early on, as he posted a photo with a sample of the new green ombré when he was in Japan. As I'm a customer at Kentaurus in Cologne, Germany, I talk with one of the guys there, Sammu, on a regular basis. Mentioned the design to him, he confirmed that he had an XXL incoming, and I left my number so he will call me up when the shipment arrives. I'm just lucky my office is literally a 2min walk from the store. No privileged treatment there, that's just how they roll with everything they get in stock.

                                          @iammortalcombat there are two retailers in the state you live in, perhaps one of them offers a similar scheme? But like we have all touched on in recent posts, our volume is going up, our analysis of past sales data improving drastically and as such more units (especially %wise in 3 and 4XL) are available on our site on the day of launch then ever before

                                            @Alex thanks, I was not so worried about it to bring about all this! Apologies for that. I was aware of division road (was supposed to be at the meetup with y’all, but life event forced a last second cancel), but now I see the other retailer who is new to me, so thanks for that info!
