@Yoprst Click on the bell at the top of the thread you are interested in and change the setting to „watching“. This way you should receive notifications anytime something is posted

@Alex I get the notification emails, however by the time I do the in demand items are all sold out or just about. I think a more useful alert would be sent at least a few days before it actually drops. For items I know are going to sell out right away I have to check the forum posts every morning.

I believe the notifications to be for items back in stock, that's why it's send after something gets back in stock. The forum shows the release a couple of days before. Best place to wait and anticipate the release.

@jpvisual the email is delivered to you late, or you only get to read it when its too late? I appreciate they both amount to the same as far as your ability to buy it is concerned, but it would help us to know what is or is not working

@Alex just to chime in, for 888XHSib I got the restock email 4 hours after it actually restocked.

Edit: over 4 hours, closer to 5.

I think I had signed up for two different sizes because I got two different emails. One at 3:43pm and the other at 3:47pm. This is eastern time, for us the drop happened at 11am.

That’s frustrating to hear as that’s exactly how these alerts should NOT work! We will investigate

@Alex I was waiting for the 888 XHSiB and received the restock email after it already went live. For items like these that sell out immediately, the restock email is not useful as is. I think a better solution would be to alert people at least a week before and then another alert 24-48hrs before. I totally get IH wanting to get things out as quickly as possible, but if holding the release back a week means getting a better alert system in place, I'm sure everyone would be in favor of that.

Thanks - as others have mentioned, as an active forum member, you already do get advance notice of all releases. We are investigating why the email alerts are delayed by hours at the moment too

Although thing's aren't guaranteed, things can always get delayed!

Keep checking posts on the forum/ig, etc, I find the "Calendar" on the forum to be incredibly useful.

@Alex the size chart from W29 to W35 shows that the waist measurements fall right in between the adjacent sizes leaning towards smaller ones. Which size should I choose then with my regular W32?

@Yoprst I wouldn’t be planing what size to buy until a new chart is published when the restock is measured as there maybe size variance. When that chart is published, email us or live chat to get the best help locating a specific size from one of the team in the warehouse who can look at actual pairs of jeans for you
