Not sure if using a bread maker is blasphemy on this thread lol, but I was gifted one in my and my fiancee’s apartment warming and this thing is killer. Got my own recipe and all.

Making bread tonight for my wedding tomorrow, we’re doing communion with home made bread.

Here’s the recipe:

1 1/8 cups of milk
5tbsp butter
1 egg
2tbsp brown sugar
2tbsp honey
1.5tsp salt
3.5c flower
1.25tsp yeast
