    @Jett129:

    It’s mind boggling to think that you’ve taken a ,for all intensive purposes,durable good,made it even more durable than anyone would’ve thought possible,and now,if that wasn’t enough you’re willing to repair them. Must be some kind of Nobel Prize for this.

    Yeah, this is a great idea. It's like doing preventative maintenance on your car, except with denim  😃

        Darn fine of y'all. I was not surprised to see this, but I sure am grateful. Kudos!

          Are the repairs only for IH products purchased via IHUK, or does this include items purchased through IH vendors as well? I'm assuming this does not cover IH goods purchased second hand? I figured it might be in IH's best interest to be as transparent about this in case you get bombarded with these questions later.

              Does that also apply to denim shirts? I own an IHSH-176 with a 0.5 inch long cut.

                          Not having a front pocket was the catalyst for a repair.  Return shipment even came with some wabash!  Great Iron Heart service all around!  Thank you!!

                            That looks like very tidy work indeed. That pair has taken some knocks.

                              @kiecker @Giles @Alex that is some damn fine repair work!

                              My beloved 555N pocket bags are a month or so away from blowing. I might send some picks to see what the options are if that's ok?

                                        I understand that this service is only offered on denim products, is there any chance that it might ever be offered on duck? I have a pair of 666D with some fraying in the seat and some loose stitches at the crotch seam (~4 years of wear). The fraying at the seat (right side specifically, immediately left of the pocket) is the only consistent problem area I've had in my IH jeans. 666S-BK have the exact same wear, but no blowouts or substantial fraying anywhere else. Has anybody else had blowouts in the seat like this? I don't recall it being an issue with any other brand of jeans - granted they all fell apart elsewhere much more quickly. I suppose that this could be because IH spaces the rear pockets out more towards the outseam thus removing some of the buffer that the pockets might provide. Or maybe I just have a particularly boney butt  😃

                                          @Costch repairing the duck canvas is not quite as straight forward as the denim. It can certainly be done, but it will not blend in quite the same. If you would like to send in some photos using the repair form I will happily take a look at them for you and see what I can do.
