Can’t decide between getting this or getting the 14oz one through Self Edge. I live in a warm climate which makes me lean 14. But that 21 flagship denim is

Same here @drewfonse. I have the super black 21oz type III and it’s absolutely perfect. The way it keeps its shape and how thick yet comfortable it is. I was thinking 14oz too cause I’m in the desert but the 21oz is just too good

They dont age (well, at least don't fade)

I went with the 14oz type 3 modified. Self Edge had 2 left in what I think is my size, so I ordered one yesterday.

I just sold a 21oz Oni secret denim jacket that was too heavy for my climate and and I was like why would I go down this road again? Cooler heads prevailed haha.

That being said, I’m slipping into my 888 21s right now….

@T4920 Hey man, sorry for the super slow reply about the pics of this at my wedding. Had to get these from my home computer (lol such a hassle right?)

They didn't end up taking as many as I would have liked but the pictures overall are pretty good. Here they are!

Couple of things to help you figure out the best size:

1. Measure a jacket that fits you the Iron Heart way as described here: https://www.ironheart.co.uk/forum//post/5666
2. Reach out to the guys at IHUK at shop@ironheart.co.uk. They will be able to help you with any questions you might have regarding sizing
3. I'm sure someone on here will have advice on sizing from personal experience

@Mirko-S There is no such thing as "usual" size, because there is no global sizing standard, see here

Also, body types vary a lot:

So to make sure you get the correct size, please do as @Tago-Mago suggests. We want to do our utmost to make sure that we get it right first time.....
