Finally contacted indigo proof and she said she could taper and hem these badboys. So I'll eventually get the inseam cut down to about 34", knee 9.75" and hem 8.5-8.75". Perfect time for upcoming cold weather.

It's a shame that demand for these seem to be not strong enough to justify a restock… I do hope shogun & oyabun will change their minds in the future. In the meantime I was lucky enough to find one at my store a size above from what I usually wear and it's actually not too bad…

Dude, IMHO you have nothing to worry about regarding Rains work. I think you can send it to her without a single worry that it won’t come it exactly as you hope. FWIW

She did repair/darning work to my 21 OD and they came out great. I'll probably be sending her 4 pairs in the next week or so

May I ask why these aren't coming back? OD is so, so cool, and as a recent convert to 25oz, I missed the offering. Dang, these are way cool.
