@neph93 I'm guessing you enjoyed it. I've found that they age/cellar quite well. Kind of mellows the oaky/bourbon barrel flavor. I don't like the bourbon flavor to be front and center. I've had them both ways and I prefer the older versions as opposed to the current vintage. If you ever fancy a visit to the states,you should time it so that you're here on Black Friday,as that's the day they're ,traditionally,released.

It is a pleasure how this Belgium spontaneous fermentation Lambic evolves over the years.
Some hints of apricot left and can definitely cellared a few more years.
