My favourite beer to date was from Brasserie de Monaco, when I visited for the Grand Prix a few years back.. The view may have clouded my judgement.

Cantillon - Fou’ Foune 2017

This Lambic is worth to wait for. Unfortunately the taste of Apricots is only marginally at this stage, but it is less sourly than years ago. Beautiful summer beer.

This one was bottled in October 2020, and I've been saving it for a special occasion.

You can cellar Lambic for ten years and even more @T4920.
Always cellar on temperature lower than 15*C.
This small bottles I would drink as fast as I can. Due to the spontaneous fermentation and the small unit they are coming in, they can get funky faster.
