Quite a list. These 2 caught my eye, though. I've had a couple of their brews, before, but haven't gotten around to these, yet. This past weekend, I took a trip to central Wisconsin, and stopped by the brewery taproom. From the tap, I gave a go at their latest special release…

Aged 3 years in rye barrels. Just shy of 12% ABV. It is FANTASTIC ! I carried out 2 bottles, and regret not carrying out more.

On another note, temps jumped back up close to 30C, today. So, I decided I'd enjoy your recent recommendation…

Classic Russian imperial stout

Which has upset me as I missed out on the bottles…

Followed by:

The Kernel Export stout. Pretty decent as stouts go. A nice balance between chocolate and coffee, despite being 7.2% extremely drinkable…

Citra is one of if not my absolute favourite hop. So this is very welcome.

Not sure I’m 100% on the current craze of dry hopping everything in sight…
