IH-666S-21 - 21oz Selvedge Denim Slim Straight Cut Jeans - Indigo

Started with the trucker jacket. I feel like it's the coolest jacket I've ever had. It didn't take long before I got curious about the jeans.

At first I wanted to check out a pair from an other brand in 21oz and maybe save some dough. The ones I looked at were made here in Canada and
I thought it was cool they eventually turn red as they wear down. After trying on, my leags felt like they were getting rubbed by thick sandpaper. Getting em off was like taking off the driest wetsuit ever. Not for me. nonono! I'm used to much thinner stretchy jeans. I still wanted good thic denim. The shop carried ironheart too and had my size in 634 and 666. Trying on both, I really liked the fit and they felt way softer. Much more comfortable too. Ended up getting the 666 because they looked and fit a bit better on me.

The Shop hemmed for me and gave me a bit more length to allow for shrinkage. I've never cuffed my jeans before but don't mind the look actually. They're too long to not cuff so I guess that's a good thing.

It's Only my second day wearing em but it's been 2 very good days haha. They feel like armour and I really dig that. The Devil's armour. Easily the coolest pair of jeans I've ever had!

Very nice choice, sizing looks spot on. They will not shrink so don't expect to loose an inch in the inseam. Welcome to the forum

Interesting, the salesman told me they would. I guess I could always get them hemmed a bit shorter if I decide not to cuff anymore.

The 21oz is sanforized and once washed.Shrinkage will be minimal if any. Wear them and when is time to wash see if they shrunk any and then hem. None of my 21oz pairs have shrunk

@Chibs They will not shrink, but they will stack with wear which makes them seem like they have shrunk.

Will these stretch in the thigh or relax a bit? Waist is good, but thighs feel a bit snug and look a little tight. This is a tag 32. Debating going up to a 33.

As measured in the flat state, expect about ~.25" on the thigh in my experience with this cut/denim. Every time I put on mine fresh out of the wash they feel snugger than I like but then loosen up after a week or so.

Boy you guys weren’t kidding about the weave on the 21oz being loose, switching from the UHR to these is DRASTIC in temp difference.
It’s been pretty cold here in the Midwestern United States and it feels like I’m wearing a light weight denim.

The top block looks a little tight. How do they feel? Are they fully stretched?

The top block definitely feels more snug than I'm used to, but it's comfortable. I've been wearing these off an on for about two months, so I'm thinking I got all the stretch I'm going to get.

If you’re happy with them then I’d say they’re fine. 666 is known for a snug top block. If the wait is too tight and you have to pull the button closure together hard to meet then they might be too tight.

@Tago-Mago I have, but looking for specific measurements the Iron Heart way. Iron Heart Germany has them, but not sure if they measure the Iron Heart way with individual pairs
