@Nobunaga wow, thanks for the tip. I’ll go check Bears out!
-

We're down to our last one, size 5 (XXL)
https://www.guiltyparty.co/products/ues-tricotine-euro-jacket-indigo -
@Crispy-Heron I have the Tricotine shirt in size 2 and I took this in a size 2 which I think is a bit big for me. If you’re considering the euro jacket, 100% should take a size 1 for yourself.
-
@Chibs excellent shirts. Definitely on the slim side. I usually take size 2 in UES, took these tees in a 3 and they’re still slim. Very soft and comfy though and holds shape well. Definitely recommend them.
-
@stitchdown.shell - thanks. Just can’t find a size 1 anywhere now!
-
@Chibs
Bears was great when you didn’t get whacked with the tariffs. I just bought 3 more UES slub 8 Ts @ $60 each qualifying for the free shipping to the US. But when UPS delivers an additional $61.17 Tariffs to be collected. So when you factor that in the price per shirt is now $80. Just something to consider. I miss the old days of ordering from Bears on the cheap.
-
@Nittpics I’m in Canada and unfortunately used to getting those extra fun little charges
. It’s probably less ordering from Japan than the US right now actually. -
Have you noticed any indigo transfer onto your footwear?
-
@northsouthdenimguy No, I have the Tricotine shirt and UES Hoodie, both were much worse than these pants. I think I get more transfer from my IB Denim.
-
OK cool, thanks. I’m still debating. I’m headed down to Florida this weekend for my oldest daughter’s high school graduation and thought about wearing these on the plane with some new tan suede boots I just picked up, but I don’t want to get a bunch of indigo transfer on them since I was hoping to keep them pretty clean for the weekend festivities.
That said, I’ll probably be double cuffing them, so there shouldn’t be nearly as much friction/contact against the boots anyway. I also just did a couple layers of suede protector on them, which I’m hoping helps minimize transfer a bit more.
Note to self…I think way too much about this crap

-
@northsouthdenimguy Maybe test them with some older boots

-
@Karol I have my eye on that workshirt. Looks nice.
-
@Karol Looks like a crocking magnet. How is the indigo transfer looking?
-
Too late. The back stays are the worse… Also getting a little bit on the sides and laces. I did like at least five or six applications of the Bickmore water repellent. Oh well it’s all good.
Oh, and these Tricotine Bakers are killer. Wore them today on my flight, changed and now getting ready to put them on again for the evening….
Edit: this crocking was just from walking through the airport

-
I suspect these Tricotine Bakers are going to be fade monsters

-
@Denimhead-0 - do you expect much stretch in these in the waist?
-
@Crispy-Heron Hard to tell, I cold washed em and didn’t have any shrinkage. I suspect .5” stretch.
-
@pechelman Don’t have the dims, I would say Medium to Medium high. At least they feel that was too me.
