Iron Heart Hachioji Bus Guide

Getting there:

take the JR Chou line from Shinjuku to Hachioji (八王子)

when u exit from the gantry, head for the North (北) exit

when u exit the building, this is the first and correct elevator to get to the bus stop,

stairs are next to it (pic taken at night)

this is the correct bus stop,

you enter the bus from the door in the middle

it takes about 15-20mins, while in the bus you will see this on the screen at the front, prepare to alight (via the front door and pay bus fare as indicated on the screen)

this is the correct bus stop and the correct direction to face walking to Iron Heart Hachioji

if u see this in less than 50m while walking, u're in the right direction. keep the road on ur left

keep walking, it's not far from the bus stop
what u'll see on the way:

when u see this building from across the road,

look to ur right and u're at Iron Heart Hachioji

Getting to the correct Bus Stop to return to Hachioji JR Station

basically retrace ur steps to from where u alight from the bus

you will pass by these along the way

when you see Lawson, stop and cross the road. the bus stop is that small yellow dot on the right

get on the bus, same as before pay attention to the screen. prepare to alight when you see this

once you alight, take the stairs

JR Hachioji is just ahead

take the Chou Line back to Shinjuku (track 2)

Is anyone able to confirm this store front is still open? (covid) Ill be in Tokyo in 2 weeks and might try and make a special trip out on a Sunday AM.

I will be visiting Japan next month and had a few questions about The Works.

(1) Does the online store reflect the items in stock at the physical store? https://ironheart.shop-pro.jp/
(2) Is The Works set up to do tax free purchases (or offer the tax refund)?
(3) Can you receive a tax refund for purchases made online? I couldn't find any info regarding this.
