It was a tough week with the old boy. He is dealing with health issues due to his age and chronic stomach and bowel inflammations for about a year now (IBD for the dog owners ). It became more and more severe the past couple of weeks. On Wednesday Vets finally realized he seems to have a bleeding ulcer + bacterial infection in the colon due to his weakness aso. He was very close to the rainbow bridge but with higher drug dose and antibiotics he is much better now. He is still weak but we had a lovely little walk in the woods this morning.

Thanks, yes he is doing great, Vets are very surprised how well he recovers, one of them told me yesterday he didn't think he would make it.
