Look into directional freezing. You'll need a fair bit of freezer space for this. Basically get a cooler that's insulated from 5 sides and open on top, fill it with water and freeze. It'll freeze from the top down (the " directional" part of directional freezing) and push impurities to the bottom as it does. Once you take out the whole block of ice, you'll have a clear top half and a cloudy bottom half

When the weather cools down nothing beats an old fashioned. I prefer WT 101.

This is kind of funny. Tomorrow is a good friends birthday, I know he likes Tequila, so I went through our liquor stock pile and found this. Milagro Special Barrel Reserve Anejo Tequila.

Then I googled it and saw the retail price.
